Walsh Fabrication Raises $15,000 for Ill Children

John Walsh and his employees started

supporting the Marty Lyons Foundation eight years ago. Three years ago the company raised a total of $5,000. This year they raised $15,000 to donate to children with terminal or life threatening illnesses in their area. The funds donated to this organization make these ill children’s wishes come true. The wishes include everything from a swim in the ocean to a trip to Disney and they make memories that mean the world to families. Walsh also presented Oscar Jimenez, South Atlantic Division Sales Manager, with a trophy for his help with the fundraising. Next year the goal is $30,000.

 

 

Silestone® featured in ASK GUS on FOX 6 WITI Milwaukee

Carmina Mendez, sales and marketing director of AMC of Wisconsin, fabricator of Silestone in Wisconsin, was a special guest on Fox 6 Milwaukee’s televisio n show, ASK GUS.

The show’s host, Gus Gnorski interviewed Carmina on care tips, maintenance, and the benefits of Silestone. Gus and Carmina also demonstrated some of the best ways to keep Silestone looking great!

Gus is a veteran media personality in the Milwaukee area.

ASK GUS has been broadcast on radio and television in the area for more than 14 years. In addition, he does daily live features on the Fox 6 Wakeup news.
